Get Found
Local SEO, Google Business Profile, reviews, and a website that actually loads, so customers searching in Helena find you first.
Run Right
Scheduling, follow-up, CRM, and the tools that keep work moving without you carrying every ball yourself.
The Problem
Most businesses either can't be found, or can't handle the work when it comes.
A lot of owner-operators fix one and forget the other. New leads pour in and nobody can answer the phone fast enough. Or the shop runs like a machine and nobody outside your existing customer list has ever heard of you. We fix both sides — because one without the other just moves the bottleneck.

Who's Behind This
Allen Le Vie, OpsRelay
Twenty-three years in the Air Force, then years in automotive retail where I learned what happens when sales outpaces the systems behind it. Where I've thrived, in each role, in each industry, is in my ability to take a leader's vision and turn it into actionable steps their team can actually execute. That's what OpsRelay does.
I'm also the founder of Homegrown Helena, a community publication profiling the businesses in our valley. Between the two, I know what makes a Helena-area business worth finding — and what it takes to run one well once people show up.
I'm not an agency. I'm one guy who works directly with owners and their teams — figuring out what's not working and building the fix.
Common Questions
Straight answers.
Are you a marketing agency?
No. Agencies hand you a dashboard and a monthly retainer. I sit down with your business, figure out what's actually broken — visibility or workflow, sometimes both — and build the fix myself.
Do you just do websites, or just operations?
Both, because they're usually the same problem wearing two hats. A shop with no leads and a shop that can't handle the leads it has both end up in the same place. I work whichever side is actually costing you business.
What if I only need one side of this?
That's normal. Most owners start with whichever side is louder — the phone isn't ringing, or it won't stop and nobody can keep up. We start there and go from what we find.
