OpsRelay

Privacy Policy

Effective August 24, 2026

This policy explains how OpsRelay, LLC ("OpsRelay," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit ops-relay.co, complete an intake form, or schedule a call. OpsRelay is based in East Helena, Montana and primarily serves businesses in the United States.

Information you provide

When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and optional phone number
  • Your company name, website, team size, and revenue range
  • Operational challenges, priorities, timing, investment readiness, and notes

When you schedule through Calendly, Calendly collects the scheduling and contact information requested on the booking page and makes booking details available to us. Please do not submit sensitive personal information that we have not requested.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process standard request and security data, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic data, to deliver and protect the website.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand site traffic. Vercel describes this service as cookieless and designed to report aggregated page-view data without storing an IP address or using identifiers to track a person across websites. Analytics data may include the page visited, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type.

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and how long you spend on the site, and to distinguish returning visitors from new ones. This data is processed by Google LLC under its own privacy policy. We have not enabled Google Ads integrations or ad personalization signals within Google Analytics.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences for advertising on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages visited, browser and device information, and actions taken on this site, and may connect that activity to your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged in. This data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own privacy policy.

The operations audit runs in your browser. The answers and score are not submitted to us by the audit itself.

Cookies and similar technologies

OpsRelay does not currently use session recording. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies site-wide to measure traffic and ad performance, as described above. A strictly necessary authentication cookie is also used when an authorized administrator signs into the private dashboard.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's browser opt-out add-on, manage ad personalization from Meta through your Meta ad settings, or adjust your browser's cookie settings to block third-party cookies.

Our booking page contains an embedded Calendly scheduler. Calendly may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and related technologies for security, scheduling, preferences, analytics, and, where permitted, advertising. Calendly presents its own cookie choices based on a visitor's region. You can use the Cookie Settings link within the Calendly scheduler to review or change those choices.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • Review inquiries and determine whether our services may be a fit
  • Schedule and prepare for conversations
  • Respond to questions and communicate about requested services
  • Provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and our services
  • Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information as needed to providers that support our operations, including:

  • Vercel for website hosting, delivery, security, and aggregated web analytics
  • Google Analytics for website traffic and usage analytics
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and audience building via the Meta Pixel
  • Google Workspace and Google Sheets for storing and managing intake submissions
  • Calendly for appointment scheduling

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a business transaction such as a reorganization or sale.

Links to social networks or other external sites take you to services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices apply after you visit them.

Data retention

We generally retain inquiry, intake, and scheduling records while evaluating or providing services and afterward when reasonably useful for follow-up, business records, dispute resolution, security, tax, or legal obligations. The period varies with the nature of the record and our relationship with you. We delete or de-identify information when we determine it is no longer needed, subject to backups and legal requirements. Third-party providers maintain their own retention schedules.

Your choices and privacy rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you, or object to certain uses, by emailing allen@ops-relay.co. We may need to verify your request. We may retain information when required by law or when an exception applies.

Depending on where you live and whether an applicable privacy law covers our processing, you may have additional rights. We do not sell personal information for money. We do use the Meta Pixel to support advertising on Meta's platforms, which some state privacy laws classify as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" even though no money changes hands; you can object to this use through the Meta ad settings link above or by emailing us. You may manage Calendly's optional cookies through its embedded Cookie Settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission, service, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children's privacy

This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
